  1. What do I do if my package is missing?

If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found, please contact us via email at SkinSensebyjhane@gmail.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.

Please note that when you place an order with SkinSense by Jhané, you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.

WARNING: do not place a chargeback request before reaching out to SkinSense by Jhané as this may forego your chances of receiving a refund.

  

  1. What do I do if my address was entered incorrectly?

 If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’. If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products. 

  1. Are the products made in California?

Yes, All SkinSense by Jhané products are made in California. 

    4.  Are the products natural?

Yes, SkinSense by Jhané is 100% natural and plant based unless otherwise stated.

    5. How do I know which products are suitable for my skin type?

Each product has a description, where we try to include as much information as possible on each product to further assist in making your decision easy before purchase. We highly encourage visitors to carefully read before purchasing. 

    6. I really want to try SkinSense by Jhané however, I don't know where to start?

This is a question we receive almost daily. At SkinSense by Jhané we enjoy keeping skincare to a minimum and have products available for all skin types and ages. We always recommend customers to read the skincare information on the product description carefully as we have all the relevant information there for you to choose which product is suitable for you.
